Summary:

Operates an ITM by providing prompt, efficient and accurate customer service and teller transactions; represents the Bank in a courteous, professional manner alert to customer needs, cross-sells bank products and refers customers to appropriate staff; provides training and assistance to customers of Internet and telephone/mobile banking; assists with ACH activities.

Education, Experience, Equipment Skills and other Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic Accounting knowledge.
• Strong verbal, written and telephone/video communication skills.
• Computer skills keyboard skills, knowledge of various computer programs, word processing software, spreadsheet software, email and use of the Internet.
• Must be comfortable being on camera and communicating with customers via video monitors.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• NCRC Certification minimum level of Bronze
• Satisfactory Credit Bureau and Background Reporting.
• Equipment: ten-key calculator, fax machine, photocopier, Integrated Teller Machine.
